I only accept payment through PayPal in USD.

I must receive the payment in full before I can begin working on the commission. Other / reasonable payment methods can be arranged.

I do not offer refunds on commissions if I have already started working on it. If you have concerns, contact me.

I retain all rights to the art I create. This includes sharing commissioned art on social media, using it in portfolios, etc. If you would like a commission to stay private from the public, please specify.

Only the commissioner / receiver of the commissioned art has permission to use or repost the art. Credit must be given in any instances in which the art is reposted or showcased.

Commissioned pieces for personal use are NOT authorized to be traced, sold, or reproduced with the intent to be sold in any way. I do allow commissions to be reproduced by the receiver (printed, made into charms, etc.) but only for personal, non-commercial use. (ex. a birthday gift.)

If you want to use my work commercially, please contact me, and we can discuss the purchase of a commercial license.

I don't have any interest in NFT's and do not authorize any of my work to be turned into NFT's. Nor do I consent to any of my work being fed into AI.

I retain the right to refuse commissions.

If you're not sure how long a certain commission would take, just ask!

Expected time to complete the commission will vary depending on the commissions complexity and is subject to change. Roughly one week is the absolute earliest.

The latest varies depending on my workload, and general life events. Please be patient if it takes longer then expected / stated!
I assure you, I'm just as stressed about it not being done as you are lol.

I work on commissions in the order I received payment for them, not time needed to make them.

I will let you know if I am currently working on another commission, if I believe it will make the wait time significantly longer than expected.

Please have an idea of what commission you want. "Draw my character" isn't sufficient enough for me to understand what you want out of the commission.

When I work on commissions, I usually send a rough sketch so you can make any changes before I finalize anything. You can make as many changes as you want (within reason) as long as it is in the sketching stage. Once I move on to lines, coloring, etc. I cannot make any major changes.

If you're able to provide some form of reference photos for characters, poses, clothing, etc, it is very much appreciated! I try to get everything as accurate as possible, so providing references helps a ton.

Non commissioned art can be used for icons, headers, wallpapers, etc. With credit!

I don't allow my art to be used for commercial purposes without a commercial license.

I do not allow reposts of my art, unless it is a commissioned piece being reposted by the commissioner / reciever.

Only commissioners may use their non-commercial comm art, as they see fit, for personal use only.

If a commissioner has commissioned a commercial license for a certain work / model, etc. Then they are able to use it for commercial use. Only with the purchase of a commercial license.

Video edits of my art are perfectly ok! As long as you tag/give credit.
