✦ Terms Of Service ✦

I only accept payment through PayPal in USD.
I must receive the payment in full before I can begin working on the commission.
Other / reasonable payment methods can be arranged.

I do not offer refunds on commissions if I have already started working on it. If you have concerns, contact me.

I retain all rights to the art I create. This includes sharing commissioned art on social media, using it in portfolios, etc. If you would like a commission to stay private, please specify.

Only the commissioner/receiver of the commissioned art has permission to use or repost the art. Credit must be given in any instances in which the art is reposted or showcased.

Commissioned pieces for personal use are NOT authorized to be traced, sold, or reproduced with the intent to be sold in any way. I do allow commissions to be reproduced by the receiver (printed, made into charms, etc.) but only for personal, non-commercial use.
If you want to purchase a commercial license for an artwork, PNGTuber plus model, etc. Please contact me, and we can discuss the purchase of a commercial license.I don't have any interest in NFT's and do not authorize any of my work to be turned into NFT's.Don't be afraid to ask me anything if you have other questions :D

✦ Other Information ✦

Expected time to complete the commission will vary depending on the commissions complexity and is subject to change. Roughly one week the earliest. The latest varies depending on my workload and schoolwork, and general life events, please be patient if it takes a bit longer then expected/stated.

If you're not sure how long a certain commission type would take, just ask!I work on commissions in the order I received payment for them, not time needed to make them.I will let you know if I am currently working on another commission, if I believe it will make the wait time longer than expected.When I work on commissions, I usually send a rough sketch so you can make any changes before I finalize anything. You can make as many changes as you want (within reason) as long as it is in the sketching stage. Once I begin to finalize the commission I cannot make any major changes, only small ones.
If you're able to provide some form of reference photos for characters, poses, clothing, etc, it is very much appreciated! I try to get everything as accurate as possible, so providing references helps a ton.

Please have an idea of what commission you want. "Draw my character" isn't sufficient enough for me to understand what you want out of the commission.

+ 50% of base price for every extra character.
(1 extra is +50%, 2 extras is double, etc.)+ 50% of base price for a background.Animals are priced as characters.

✦ Reposting/Useage ✦

Non commissioned art can be used for icons, headers, wallpapers, etc. With credit!I do not allow reposts of my art, unless it is a commissioned piece being reposted by the commissioner.I don't allow my art to be used for commercial purposes without my direct permission.Only commissioners may use their commissioned art as they see fit for non-commercial/personal use only.If a commissioner has commissioned a commercial license for a certain work / model, etc. Then they are able to use it for commercial use. Only with the purchase of a commercial license.Video edits of my art are perfectly ok! As long as you tag/give credit.

I use Clip Studio Paint Ex for drawing and animating.

I work on a Wacom Cintiq and I use After Effects for putting together my animations/videos.
